SHIPPING POLICY

What is the cost of shipping?

All products sold by THSF on TARHEELSTATEFIREARMS.COM ship for free unless otherwise stated on the product page or description.

When will my order ship?

Accessory orders placed before 3PM EST ship the same day in most cases. Accessory orders placed after 3PM EST ship the following business day. NFA items require approval prior to shipment and will be shipped within 24 business hours of receipt of approval from the BATFE.

Where does THSF ship to?

THSF ships to consumers and dealers within the United States. Many products on TARHEELSTATEFIREARMS.COM are regulated by federal, state, and local governments, and not all products are available or legal in all locales. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure each item is legal in his/her state and local vicinity. THSF will not ship or transfer to states where items are known to be prohibited.

What shipping carrier does THSF use?

UPS, FEDEX and USPS

How do I track my package?

When your product ships, you will be provided a tracking number via email. You can also login to your account to view the tracking number for your order.

 

RETURN POLICY

What is THSF's return policy?

NFA Items:
We are happy to process returns within 14 days as long as we have not initiated the BATFE transfer process. If the BATFE transfer process has been initiated, and a return request is made within 14 days of purchase, a 35% restocking fee will be applied to the refund amount.

Firearms:
We are happy to process returns within 14 days as long as we have not shipped or transferred the firearm. Shipped firearms may be returnable, at THSF's sole discretion, provided that the product(s) are unused and returned in their original packaging and condition, and the return request was made within 14 days of delivery. All returned firearms are subject to a 35% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. Shipping fees for returns to THSF are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Accessories:
We are happy to process returns within 14 days of delivery as long as the product(s) are unused and in their original packaging and condition. Shipping charges are not refundable. Actual shipping charges will be deducted from purchase price. Shipping fees for returns to THSF are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Ammunition:
We do not accept returns for ammunition.
